This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the 712 platform. Please read it carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By registering or using the 712 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 712's services.
To register and use the 712 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
- An individual residing in a region where use of this platform is permitted under local laws
- Registering in your own name and not on behalf of another person
- Not currently prohibited from using online gambling services
712 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in your account being suspended until the verification process is completed.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register only one active account on 712. Duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are not allowed and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. 712 will never request your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
All personal information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account closure along with forfeiture of any remaining balance.
Platform Usage Rules and User Responsibilities
712 users agree not to engage in the following activities while using the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or payment systems through unauthorised means
- Colluding with other users to exploit promotions or bonuses in an unauthorised manner
- Using your account for money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
- Spreading false information or disrupting the experience of other users
Any breach of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all active balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.
Payment Information and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the 712 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits based on the selected payment method. Current limits can be viewed in the wallet section of your account.
712 supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian users: local e-wallets (Boost, GrabPay), online banking, and other approved methods from time to time. Processing times vary by method — e-wallet deposits are usually instant, while bank transfers may take up to one business day.
For withdrawals, processing to a local bank account typically takes between 1 and 24 hours for standard requests. Withdrawals exceeding certain limits may require additional verification before they are processed. Please ensure your bank account name matches the name registered on your 712 account to avoid delays.
712 does not bear any currency exchange fees or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions. Users are responsible for understanding any charges that may be applied by their own bank or payment service provider.
Liability Limits and Account Policy
712 operates the platform on a best-effort basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its services. Under circumstances beyond 712's control — such as technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or emergencies — the platform may be temporarily inaccessible.
712 is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
- Data loss not caused by direct negligence on the part of 712
- Actions by third parties beyond 712's control, including payment provider service disruptions
Regarding account policy, 712 reserves the right to suspend accounts of users who:
- Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Violating any rules set out in these terms
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process
- Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe
Account closure due to a breach of terms does not entitle the user to claim any remaining balance where the breach involves fraud or unlawful activity.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
All content on the 712 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of 712 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written consent from 712.
The 712 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. 712 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. Use of any third-party services is at the user's own risk.
712 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the 712 platform following any update to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
